What types of sessions can you book with me?

Standard session

Therapy & coaching includes all individual guidance. Various methods can be used during the individual sessions. This depends on where your needs, goals and wishes lie.




Session duration: 60 min

Price: €115



Parter/System session

Book this session for couples working on their relationship together (possibly as part of a journey). It is also possible to book a system session with one of your loved ones as an addition to your individual journey.


Session duration: 90 min

Price: €172,5


Single EMDR session

In addition to the longer courses, EMDR sessions can also be booked separately. EMDR is a form of trauma and anxiety treatment that reduces trauma and anxiety complaints after a single session.





Session duration: 60-90 min

Single Reiki session

You can also book a reiki session separately. A reiki session is a form of energetic therapy that puts you back in touch with yourself. After the session you will feel better balanced and calm in your body.
